I selected pickup, how does that work?

We will be providing a pickup location for both Offkai Expo 2025 and Virtual Vacation 2025. Make sure to watch your email for updates as these events become closer. Orders will be manually checked off for this. Please bring proof of purchase in the form of order number and email with you.

Why is shipping flat / expensive?

These are being shipped as loose cargo with tracking to ensure delivery to a variety of locations, as well as all shipments being sent from Canada. Hopefully you will be able to receive these for pickup at an event to avoid costly shipping.

Are duties and taxes included in shipping?

We will be receiving and shipping orders out of Canada, due to the fluctuating cost of duties and customs charges in some countries, final delivery duties costs will vary for customers based on what the final destination of their order will be. We apologize for this, but hopefully the lower cost will make up for this for these charges.
